Programme: Naked Commando

This programme was engineered originally by the U.S. Navy to prep young men to get into basic shape for the Navy SEAL program. Designed to use bodyweight resistance methods, this programme does not require expensive home gym equipment.

The programme involves the use of compound functional movements done in a circuit training format for maximum fat loss and muscle toning. Only the most effective exercises are done in this workout regime.
